i am updating this post from my very own laptop. yes, thats right, i have finally arrived into the 21st century and embraced the progressive world of technology! Yay me, i am such a grown up.

we have a fish named fox. sophie, our cat, has discovered fox. she stands on the edge of a chair and pulls herself up onto the mantel with her paws and peers into his bowl. i have a feeling someday we will come home and fox will be "missing."

once, when i was a freshman in high school, we had birds. we came home one day and they were "missing." and our cats looked suspiciously happy.
